We have a seven step process described in our AIM material. It is rooted in two very important aspects: church and Bible school planting. We invest in training national leaders through Synergy Schools of Ministry and Mission Training Centers in various global locations. These indigenous leaders in turn plant churches to reach their villages, cities and nations. Short-term trips are organized to allow people in America to gain God’s heart for the nations. We encourage, support, resource and empower our national leaders to obey the Great Commission in their parts of the world.
